This position is a great opportunity for someone who has been laid off from another job due to COVID-19.

Texas HCS, Inc. is hiring a full-time HCS Program Manager in San Antonio to oversee all overall operations and services provided in 10 small HCS group homes serving 30 plus individuals with disabilities. ("Home and Community-Based Services" Medicaid waiver program serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities) and other adults residing in their own homes with family members or a host provider.

General responsibilities include:

• regulatory compliance with HCS certification principles (regulations)
• personnel management in coordination with San Antonio Regional Director
• supervision of direct care and professional staff
• monitoring of specialized documentation generated all program staff
• adherence to budgets
• oversight of physical plant and maintenance
• liaison to regulatory authorities
• ongoing communication with San Antonio Regional Director
• on-call duties and flexible schedule to address emergencies
• other duties, as needed

Qualifications include significant related experience providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Degree may be substituted with additional related experience. Bachelors in Social Services-related field of study preferred.

Management Experience Required - at least 2 to 5 years
