Position: Head of Finance, NA and Smashburger

Job Description

Jollibee Foods Corporation (USA) (“JFC USA”) is seeking an outstanding candidate to serve as a Finance Head for North America Shared Services and Smashburger in its Denver, Colorado office. This individual will be instrumental in developing and evolving JFC USA’s financial strategy. S/he will be responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting-related matters for North America Shared Services and Smashburger, including (but not limited to) financial reporting, board / management material preparation, and month-end closing. This individual will play a central role in improving the company’s financial performance and will work closely with different functional groups across the organization to maximize company efficiencies and improve financial outcomes.

Core responsibilities will include:

· Annual budgeting

• Capital expenditure / cash management / return analysis

• Preparation of monthly board / management presentations

• Weekly and monthly financial reporting and forecasting

• Competitive / industry analysis

• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting (e.g., channel mix analysis, product mix analysis, pricing optimization, etc.)

• Insurance and risk management oversight

• Internal controls / audit responsibility

• Hand-in-hand collaboration with the North America Controller to ensure a best-in-class accounting organization

Candidate Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or a related field

• 10+ years of work experience in finance / accounting – restaurant industry experience required

• Strong knowledge of accounting / internal control processes is a must

• Prior exposure to insurance / risk management

• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills – proven ability to work collaboratively with company executives in prior roles

• Successful track record in managing teams

• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel

• Strong work ethic

• Knowledge of Cognos TM1

• Microsoft SQL experience

• Must be able to work hybrid in Denver, CO
