Housekeeper/Inspector Job at Opulence Cleaning Services LLC
We are looking for experienced housekeepers must be very detailed cleaners and organized .
cleanings begin with linen pickup at 9:30 am , guest check out is 10 am all cleaners must be at units at 10 am . we provide a detail cleaning check list for all cleaners to go by . Pictures of unit before & after are mandatory. ( so you must have a smart phone with gps and good camera ) inspections begin at 3pm guest check in is at 4pm . dirty linen must be dropped off at our warehouse no later then 5pm.
our cleaners average $200 or more a day
base pay for cleaners start at $30 an hour
condo payments scale
Studio $30
1 bedroom condo $40
2 bedroom condo $50
3 bedroom condo $60
4 bedroom condo $ 70
Houses / oversized condos / to be determined based in sizes and requirements
base pay for inspectors is $12.00 an hour experience inspectors after 30’day review can make $15.00 an hour .
