Western States Flooring is a premiere provider of flooring installation services across the Southwest. We are looking for an outgoing skilled professional in the flooring industry to fill one of our Installation Manager positions in Tucson AZ.

The job requires getting things done quickly and handling a variety of activities within a well-defined job scope. Because of the fast pace of the work, it is important that job related knowledge and responsibilities be learned and mastered quickly and thoroughly. It is expected that communication will be factual and authoritative, focused on continual problem solving to overcome any obstacles to achieve high quality, timely results. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Installation Managers oversee approx 20 residential installations per day (carpet, tile, laminate, vinyl, etc) to ensure quality control, good workmanship and a good experience for our customers. Interacting heavily with our installers and our customers to ensure expectations are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring installers have materials and paperwork for their job that day and that information is accurate and they understand the scope of work.
• Overseeing installers and installations in the field.
• Customer connectivity, quality assurance.
• Monitoring workmanship of installers and maintaining relationships with current installers.
• Maintain relationships with retail stores we do work for.
• SKILLS NEEDED:
• Requires flooring experience (preferable), knowledge of installation practices.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Good problem solving skills, customer service skills, able to use laptop and tablet devices, and able to pass background check.
• Clean driving record. No recent DUI's, or felony driving issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
