Why We Need Your Talents:
The Interactive Gaming Analyst supports the daily operation of Live! Casinos’ online real-money wagering website approved in Pennsylvania. Working closely with the Interactive Gaming Director, the Interactive Gaming Manager, and other departments like marketing, finance, compliance, and our online gaming partners, this position is responsible for marketing analysis, with the goal of maximizing conversions resulting in profitability, customer growth and increased player value. They will collaborate with internal teams like finance, operations, and compliance to help create meaningful reports to achieve set goals while also with external teams to ensure incoming data points are meaningful and accurate.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Produces and reconciles daily, weekly and/or monthly Internet Gaming reports and analyzes historical records of gaming activity to assist with tracking trends or potential positive and negative activities
- Performs data gathering to assist in marketing strategies for CRM and retention activities
- Creates ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested by compliance, finance, operations, marketing, or others
- Maintains knowledge of the Accounting, Internet/Mobile/Online gaming regulations in Pennsylvania
- Monitor campaigns in order to improve efficiency and ROI throughout the customer lifecycle
- Track and update data segmentation and business unit KPIs
- Creates and maintains meaningful reports for all internal clients and identifies deficiencies to be addressed
- Assists in creating email marketing campaigns inclusive of extracting customer segmentation lists, scrubbing the lists, obtaining creative, obtaining copy, and sending communication to customers
- Manage projects in the technical and online gaming space
- Support the player lifecycle strategy with a focus on optimizing profit by adjusting for reinvestment and competitor programming
- All other duties as assigned

- Expertise in data manipulation and analysis
- Have a thorough understanding of the Casino games, offers and player base
- Strong background building look-a-like audience models, SEM practices and attribution tools
- Ability for innovative thinking
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Specific understanding of online gaming regulations
- Strong understanding of and comfort with technology
- Working knowledge of advertising agencies and digital direct marketing tools
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- One (1+) years’ experience in online social or real-money gaming
- A 4-year degree in a quantitative or managerial field (e.g., Econ, Finance, Business) or equivalent work experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for the position.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work extended hours across all shifts in a 24/7 work environment.
- This job may be considered for remote (telecommuting) work
