Riddle's Group currently has an opening for an Internet Sales Coordinator in our Rapid City, SD location. This position will be responsible for giving Riddle’s customers 5-STAR service and driving sales growth by answering product and service questions, processing and fulfilling orders, and solving challenges that result in the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assisted sales through phone, email, text, Facebook, Google, Amazon and other selling channels.
• Order Fulfillment: Magento, Facebook, Google, Amazon, etc.
• Prepare Chaindrive Order invoice approval and ensure data entry is complete.
• Develop Ecommerce Selling Channels – Amazon, Ebay, Google, Facebook and other affiliates.
• Provide Customer Service – repairs, clean and checks, special orders, customer issues.
• Coordinating Transfers, Deliveries, Shipments, Inventory Control
• Processing credit cards, Paypal, Wells Fargo financing and other 3rd party payment solutions.
• Contribute with adding Virtual/In-House web product listings
• Provide recommendations to improve the online customer experience including updated design, more intuitive navigation, additional functionality, etc.
• Assist in overseeing technical implementations including systems integration with internal and 3rd party platforms, website design and new functionality additions

Expectations

• Fulfill All Web Orders in the most efficient timing possible.
• Liaison with Shipping, Wholesale, Stores and Shop Departments to fulfill orders.
• Coordinate ALL customer communication (phone, email, Podium, reviews, other channels)
• Achieving sales growth and exceptional customer service for the Web Store.
