Make a difference for national security by joining a team of dedicated IT professionals who will sustain, modernize and transform the enterprise IT capabilities for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). The National Security & Space Sector of SAIC is seeking a QA Auditor Journeyman to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.

SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation’s information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies.

Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, and cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT).

Job Description

• Develops and maintains Audit Repository resources
• Provides support during Government audits, to include reporting and analytical evaluation of information
• Follows best practices of accounting principle developments and financial reporting governance, as defined by DoD FAR and other applicable Government documentation
• Perform audits/assessments assess compliance to requirements
• Prepare audit reports and follow up to track all actions to closure.
• Manage Change Controls
• Prepare audits and observation metrics.
• Prepare and maintain an audit schedule
• Ensure timely and efficient management of records pertaining to the Quality Assurance

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

It is required that the IT Financial Auditor Journeyman have the following qualifications:

• BA/BS and 3+ years IT auditing experience with a strong financial background, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Must have strong data analytics experience
• Secret clearance
• Organized, methodical, and efficient approach to work
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to translate between business and technical concepts)
• Proven ability to clearly audit reports to other team members
• Strong use and understanding of ServiceNow modules
