Jimmy Bears BBQ in St Cloud, FL is looking for one Line Cook/Shift Lead to join our team. We are located on 4247 13th Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities

*Mange Kitchen Staff *Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies *Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation. *Daily Clean and Shine *Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff *Clean up station and take care of leftover food *Stock inventory *Catch up on Dishes as necessary *Work directly with other Line Cook and Owner *Position will require 2 Weeks training with Owner and other Line Cook *JOB BEGINS IMMEDIATELY!!!
Qualifications

*Able to direct and work WELL WITH OTHERS *Calm Cool and Collective Under Busy Kitchen Pressure *Can Do Attitude ALL THE TIME *Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred *Able to meet all scheduling commitments OPEN AVAILABILITY *Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs *Strong attention to detail *Experience in managing the Line as well as the Kitchen
