Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, plumbing systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems
• Prepare invoices and estimates
• Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used
• Ensure repairs and installations are manufacturer specs and local codes
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at the completion of each job
• Communicate with customers and coworkers clearly and respectfully
• Inform customers about the products and services we offer

Job requirements

• Preferably hold active Louisiana license (at least 5 years experience) or Tradesman license
• Possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to put customers at ease and explain elements of the work needed to the customer
• An awareness and respect for how their actions and words affect those they work with and come in contact with
• Possess a curiosity and a tenacity to solve the problem at hand
• Must be legal to work in the U.S.
