Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company and part of Koch Industries is seeking a Machine Operator in Costa Mesa, CA to operate the molding machine and meet all production, quality, and safety requirements. In this role you will provide a positive impact to accelerate mold development and increase our capabilities in new product development, as it relates to Silicon Molding, Injection Molding, Robotic Molding, and hand loaded insert molding and processing.

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 4:30am - 1:30pm

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10:30pm

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Responsible for performing a variety of general tasks involved in manufacturing process. These tasks include, but are not limited to; mold machine operation, basic manufacturing, assembly and use of basic hand tools
• Communicate technical subject matter to colleagues as needed
• Work in a bench-top assembly environment using a variety of manufacturing equipment
  
• Modify the mold machine programs as needed per the operating procedures to meet the needs of our customers
• Occasionally lift and move objects up to 50lbs
• Record process documentation
• Comply with all safety requirements including manufacturing practices and procedures, standard operating procedures, and manufacturing documentation

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• At least 2 or more years of manufacturing or maintenance experience
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

For this role, we anticipate paying $17.25 - $24.00 per hour. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
