Position - Maintenance Mechanic
Job Location - Little Chute, WI
Starting Date - Find the right candidate
Employment Term - Regular, Direct Hire
Employment Type - Full-Time
Work Hours - 2-2-3 schedule nights 6pm-6am
Starting Pay - $25-$30 an hour, based on experience

Preferred Education - Associates degree in a similar field preferred
Required Experience - Maintenance experience

As the Maintenance Mechanic responsibilities is taking direction and assisting with maintaining all the machines on the production floor and within the building.

Responsibilities
-Replacing motors, belts, gearboxes, etc
-Maintain building equipment

Qualifications
-Self-Motivated
-Decision maker with good judgement
-Possess strong problem solving and electro-mechanical skills
-Mechanical Aptitude
-Well Organized with special attention to details
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong communication skills - written and verbal
