MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / Apartment Communities – Gloucester County NJ

YOUR EXPERIENCE: If you have 2+ years home repairs or apartment maintenance experience with painting, dry wall, light electrical & plumbing, flooring, cleaning skills, this is the perfect time to work at two of Conifer's great apartment communities: and to start your career with Conifer. YOUR SKILLS: take pride in your work and bring your grit, dedication, hard work, reliability and flexibility to a great “community/team-supported” work environment. Computer skills desired for work order processing, online training courses, timekeeping. Must have strong customer service skills to assist residents, be organized with good time management abilities, and excellent attendance needed.
- RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, with valid drivers’ license and auto insurance required for travel between sites.
- FULL-TIME/40 HOURS WEEKLY/Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- COMPETITIVE PAY commensurate with skills.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIILITIES will include:
- Indoor maintenance will include completing routine painting, carpentry, dry wall, cleaning, minor plumbing, basic electrical, flooring, and other maintenance activities in response to work orders; will also prep vacant units for new residents to move-in.
- Maintaining indoor and outdoor maintenance and clean presentation of these two properties.
- Ability to work with other team members to meet deadlines.
