Marketing Coordinator Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support corporate marketing initiatives such as website management, tradeshow and event coordination, social media management, content distribution/creation and digital marketing. This role will require strong communication skills, the ability to execute multiple projects, and collaborate cross-functionally across departments, locations, and countries.

• Work with vendor on lead campaign setup, tracking, leads, and reporting
• Create and publish LinkedIn social media content to increase engagement and followers
• Use of Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Organize marketing content/assets (brochures, photos, videos, etc.) for sales teams
• Support of all tradeshows with promotion, scheduling, orders, setup, etc.
• Update of company templates/other for brand alignment
• Creation of content, both written and visual to support company initiatives
• Work with vendor to coordinate website content and SEO improvements
• Support recruiting manager with social media graphics and posts
• Work with Purchasing on the management of company promotional items (shirts, giveaways, etc.)
• Assist with photo/video shoots, both internal and external
• Support sales requests with marketing materials
• On occasion, may be required to attend trade shows domestically.

Marketing Coordinator Requirements for Hire

• 1 to 3 years of Marketing experience required, bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Must have a background that includes social media (LinkedIn preferred)
• Graphic Design or Design experience is preferred
• Marking experience in manufacturing or related industry is preferred
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Content development experience is preferred
• Drug Screening - includes THC/Marijuana
• Criminal Background Check - no felonies or misdemeanors

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
