Qualifications:

- Must be 18 or older

- High School diploma or equivalent

- At least 1 year of leadership experience

- We believe hard workers are essential in a business like ours. Applicants MUST be hard-working, detail oriented, friendly, honest, & have great customer service skills

- Excellent Communication/ Verbal Skills

- Open availability is preferred, however ALL applicants MUST be available between 12:00pm-11:00pm

- Must be willing to complete Team Member training prior to starting Team Leader training (Team Member — Team Leader)

Responsibilities:

- Serving guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, making drinks and desserts by offering an immediate and respectful response to all guest's needs.

- Delivering meals to guest at their table or designated area, and providing excellent customer service at ALL times

- Maintain cleanliness of your work area and the dining room, parking lot, restrooms and surrounding areas.

- Stock sauces, cups, lids, etc. as needed to maintain throughout your shift

- Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience

- Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment for everyone.

- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.

- Uphold ALL Chick-fil-A quality/ service standards

- Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder

- Handle ALL guest complaints, concerns

- Sales/ Labor/ Cash management
