Operations Associate

Job Summary

Responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer orders into the company's database and ensuring all necessary information is complete and up to date. This individual also assists with processing purchase orders with vendors and handling customer inquiries related to their orders.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate orders and accurately enter in NetSuite database

- Create and send Purchase Orders to supply chain vendors

- Prepare invoices and resolve billing discrepancies

- Follow up and collection of customer billing

- Respond to customer inquiries for order status and provide reporting to customers as requested

Qualifications Needed:

- Entry-level data entry skills

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google products

- Organizational skills with accuracy matching orders to customer purchase orders

- Solid phone and basic computer skills

- Ability to proactively communicate in a clear and professional manner

- Ability to effectively manage time

- Ability to work both individually and collaboratively with team members

- Desire and ability to quickly learn new concepts

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
