Job Description:

• Support inbound calls for live orders for the client's partner merchants & customers while maintaining 5 star customer service.

o Example call - “Thanks for calling Pizza Hut, what can I get for you today?” – acting as person at restaurant, basic customer service, slight upselling at times, will take payment & submit orders, which are then routed to the client's driver and delivered to customer!

• Go above & beyond to create the best possible outcome for our customers.

**Not crazy high volume calls, not a super high stress environment! Very simple role!

Position Details:

• Start Date: Tuesday 6/20 (Client is off Monday for Juneteenth)
• Interview Dates: 5/23-6/7
• Pay: $18/hour
• Schedule: Need to be completely open Monday-Sunday 5AM-12AM (will get assigned a set 40-hour shift)
• Location: This team is onsite EVERY DAY! Address: 1033 W Roosevelt Way, Tempe, AZ 85281 (Priest & Washington, right off the North 202 freeway – NEW BEAUTIFUL & MODERN BUILDING!!)
• Duration: 6 month Contract-to-hire

 There is a ton of room to grow with the client as long as they have excellent attendance and are meeting performance metrics!

Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat, but open to customer facing experience as well (restaurant experience is a big plus)
• Customer obsessed & love helping others.
• Strong phone presence! VERY IMPORTANT!
• Adaptable to change – schedules will be changing as needed, as well as the merchants
• Professional and reliable
