All Stripes and Maintenance is a small commercail property maintenacne company that is looking for someone to help stripe parking lots and in the winter plow snow. You will also be doing pressure washing at times. We have been in business for 16 years and are growing rapidly. We are located in Loveland, CO off I-25 and Crossroads. Construction laborers are responsible for performing day-to-day tasks, such as lugging supplies, digging trenches, pouring concrete and other non-skilled tasks. Many laborers learn their trade on the job. Most laborers specialize in a particular area of expertise, such as framing or masonry work. This is a physically demanding, yet rewarding job.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks with general cargo.
- Move product containers/vehicles with crane or forklift.
- Operate hand and power tools to perform repairs and installations in industrial setting.
- Use own initiative and common sense to ensure work is done safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine tasks that could be either mechanical or electrical in nature.
- Perform precision tasks involving common hand tools and instruments with close attention to detail.
- Perform basic tasks with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
