Pathologist Manager (Background in training physicians)

Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

Cadent Sourcing is partnering with a rapidly growing AI technology company, that provides software solutions for both non-clinical and clinical Pathology. (Dublin based, with offices in Chicago, Oxford and Exeter).

We are seeking a Pathologist Manager to join their growing team.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Science Degree or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience as an administrator in a medical setting.
• Credentialing services experience.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies for effective Pathologist/Physicians onboarding and training is a MUST.
• Background in training physicians is a MUST
• Strong experience in data entry, clerical and organizational skills.
• Experienced user of Excel with proficiency in the use of MS Office tools.
• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) is an advantage.

The Role:

• Assist with the coordination of the onboarding process, the credentialing and the medical licensing process for providers.
• Follows-up with providers to ensure credentialing documents are complete, accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinates and monitors documentation for re-credentialing, insurance and government credentialing.
• Assists with maintaining databases for providers such as CAQH, PECOS and NPPES databases.
• Onboard and validate pathologists globally to ensure they meet company standards.
• Ensure pathologists are happy and address any issues they may have.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for effective pathologist onboarding and training.
• Monitor and evaluate pathologist performance, provide feedback and support their professional development.
• Report out on KPIs associated with the pathologists between onboarding and specialities covered, alongside NPS surveys monthly.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
