Our southwest suburban family law firm seeks a motivated and career-minded partner or an associate for our newly created Estate Planning/Probate Litigation Department.
The position offers a career path, great office culture, and the opportunity to represent clients on cases that cover the full range of estate planning/probate matters.
Be involved in initial consultations and the planning of legal strategies.
Applicants must possess strong interpersonal skills to aid clients in dealing with the stresses of the pending litigation.
Finally, an applicant must possess great drafting/writing skills and be able to communicate effectively and interact with others, including clients and opposing attorneys.
Compensation:$78,000 - $98,000 yearly
