High volume title company seeks an experienced processor for a full time position at our office in Old City. Processor will be handling direct correspondance with lenders
Must be organized with attention to detail. Prior title experience is REQUIRED. In office position, NOT REMOTE. Full time, 9am-5pm.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide commitment, CPL and other applicable documents to mortgage lenders and brokers
- Work with borrowers to obtain necessary items to clear title
- Follow up with lenders for Clear To Close

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
