Job Summary:

Pirc Tobin Construction is seeking a fulltime Project Engineer. On top of being a self starter with excellent organizational, time management and decision making skills the ideal candidate must exemplify our five core values:

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager with Project Schedule & Budget
• Work with Subcontractors & Vendors to Obtain Estimates & Schedules
• Analyze & Recommend Materials, Equipment & Practices for Project
• Create Budgets & Subcontracts for Projects
• Attend Project Meetings
• Perform Quantity Takeoffs
• Perform Quantity Verification on Jobsites
• Perform GPS Jobsite Setup
• Perform Submittal Review and Submission for Projects
• Collaborate with Team Members to Increase Efficiency, Analyze Problems and Share Solutions
• Ensure Compliance with Codes, Guidelines, Best Practices and Policies

Education, Experience and Training Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or Construction Management. (College graduates with minimal experience are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient with Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel and Office 365
• Complete OSHA10 Training
• Complete Competent Person, Trench Safety, Confined Space Training
• Cut-Off Saw Training
• Traffic Control Technician Training
• First Aid/CPR Training
