Central Washington Family Medicine (CWFM) is in search of a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team! Our Registered Nurses collaborate with providers (internal and external) to provide patients with quality care, education, and support. Apply strong communication skills and a proactive approach to patient care. Responsible for triaging patients, assessing patients’ health conditions and needs, educating patients on their illness and condition, recording and analyzing patient medical histories, symptoms, and conditions, administering medications and treatments, and performing clerical assignments within the scope of licensure.
- Assess patient health condition(s).
- Patient Education.
- Document and analyze patient medical histories, symptoms, and conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Clerical assignments.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher required.
- WA State RN license required.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- 2 years in a Family Medicine setting is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
