Remote Automotive Buying Center Representative Job at Harbin Ford
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to succeed in reaching goals and are interested in assisting people that want to sell their vehicles. This is a work-from-home remote position that includes hourly pay plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establishes follows-up with appointments to purchase vehicles
- Help customers with the process of selling their vehicle
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-shows
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Main focus will be setting appointments for us to purchase vehicles from customers
- Find vehicles to purchase using various tools supplied by the employer
- Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Must be able to multi-task and self-motivated
- Must be able to learn and be a quick thinker
