Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Meet or exceed sales plan achievement Create monthly calendar that ensures attention and focus on top performing stores Participate in all retail programs/events in-store that impact brand awareness and acquisition Build relationships with Retailer key leadership roles that will create business opportunities and brand support Exhibit consistent passion for Drunk Elephant products and philosophy Be a humble and respectful partner to Retailers and competitive brand field members Frequently study Drunk Elephant Instagram, retailer websites and Drunk Elephant ratings and reviews Provide feedback to Drunk Elephant management; in-store sampling, education tools, products and packaging and overall opportunities Possible Management and mentorship of Sales and Education Specialist, dependent on the needs of the business
