What you'll do...

The Senior Manager of Planning & Strategy is a data-driven marketing leader, entrusted with developing optimal strategic plans and partnerships supporting new member acquisition, demand generation, and omnichannel sales growth. They will drive alignment and collaboration with business stakeholders to understand and achieve overall strategic objectives empowering digital marketing and re-marketing plans to drive business outcomes. They will have a deep working knowledge of programmatic media, and affiliate marketing, as well as key digital marketing technology stack.

This is a high-visibility role requiring creativity, innovation, and cross-functional leadership skills to promote, validate, and quantify the impact of performance marketing across the enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of planning, execution, and reporting across affiliate, programmatic and emerging media.
• Evaluate marketing performance across multiple channels to identify areas of improvement and recommend channel-specific strategies.
• Identify internal and external opportunities that enable optimization of acquisition performance.
• Manage regular reporting of Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) across all acquisition channels.
• Develop test and learn initiatives.
• Act as a thought leader, presenting and discussing ideas with intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across all levels of the organization.
• Present strategic plans, roadmaps, and ongoing performance updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Has 5+ years of performance marketing experience in paid and owned marketing channels
• An experienced manager of budgets, forecasts, and projected returns
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Has a proven track record of developing and maximizing partnerships
• Focuses on quantifiable results and continuously optimization
• Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00-$195,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
