We are looking for an outgoing and organized Social Media Coordinator to join our team! This role offers the opportunity to be creative and bring in your fresh ideas, while working for a company that offers flexibility and fun!

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and working on multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in influencer advertising, marketing, and event planning is a plus. The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with our President and sales team to provide marketing support. This is a leadership role where you will hire and manage student interns to assist you in marketing campaigns.

Compensation commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, hybrid work schedule, and PTO.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee student influencer campaigns
  • Find and manager student influencers
  • Hire, train, and supervise MediaMate marketing interns
  • Manage company email blasts, including scheduling, writing copy, and uploading lists
  • Maintain reports on email marketing campaign performance
  • Organize and manage marketing events and webinars
  • Write copy for websites, email campaigns, and social media accounts
  • Create marketing and feedback surveys as needed
  • Utilize past and ongoing data to make best recommendations for sales team

Qualifications:

  • Professional, positive attitude, and a self-starter
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and vendors
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience using Google Suite applications
  • Ability to create, organize, and maintain accurate and detailed records
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by telephone and via e-mail
  • Previous experience using CRM systems and email marketing software preferred
  • Knowledge of business accounts on Instagram and TikTok is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
