The Contact Center Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the customer service department. The Supervisor will be responsible for attendance tracking, monitoring, training, educating, and assessing competency of Customer Service Department staff. The main focus of the individual is to assist the staff in achieving personal mastery of their job responsibilities and ensuring they meet all performance standards.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assisting the management team with staffing decisions.
• Exhibit expertise in the knowledge of CMO, MMC and Industry/Regulatory policies and procedures.
• The supervisor will also be expected to, analyze data, report to management re: agent performance, attendance, areas for improvement and trends and provide recommendations when appropriate.
• Serve as point person for special projects and other duties as deemed necessary by the management team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills a must.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience; customer service or similar experience in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent oral/written communications skills
