If so, apply to join our team of premier aquatics Swim Instructors! We are now hiring for aquatic Swim Instructors! Our Swim Instructors are the most important and valued part of our business! Instructors are responsible for a maximum of three students at any lesson.

Our location in Knoxville, is located in the Town and Country Shopping Center in the Cedar Bluff area.

Swim Instructor or Swim Coach: Teach children and adults of all ages the important life skill of swimming! We have an excellent proprietary curriculum that we provide training on upon hiring.

Requirements:

A passion for children and young families

A passion for exceptional customer service

Experience working with children in any capacity

Current CPR and First Aid for Adult, Child and Infant required - (In house training can be provided onsite)

Complete training in the SafeSplash curriculum within the first 30 days of employment

Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds in weight

Strongly Preferred:

Swim Instruction experience

Background in early childhood learning, teaching or coaching kids
