Talent Acquisition Manager Job at Q-Cells
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, and hire top talent for an organization. The manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and priorities and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy. The manager will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top talent through various channels, screening and interviewing candidates, managing the hiring process, and analyzing recruitment metrics and data to improve overall processes. Additionally, the manager will build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and knowledge of employment laws and regulations. In 2024, this position will be relocated to Cartersville, GA. The current office in Atlanta, GA, is temporary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, and hire top talent for our organization.
- Work closely with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
- Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the hiring process, from offer letters to onboarding, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and ensure that you're meeting your recruitment goals.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics and data.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field in business administration
- Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs. Ability to understand, evaluate and make judgments on the proposals.
- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filing, and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee benefit programs, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, Medicare, and Social Security and DOL requirements.
