A Technical Services Engineer is primarily responsible for the implementation of integrations between 3rd party products and Imagine Learning platforms. As part of the implementation process you will utilize your understanding of Learning Management Systems, Excel, Clever, ClassLink, Student Information Systems, and others. This knowledge allows you to implement a variety of integrations including Single Sign On and Automated User Account Imports. You also help maintain and improve existing integrations. You may also be called up to provide technical guidance and help with troubleshooting challenging problems.
Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.- Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $47,600.00 and $50,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Speak with district technical personnel and third-party vendors to design and implement integrations and provide technical recommendations to both prevent and eliminate problems.
- Help implement integrations to third party products and help maintain and improve existing integrations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems. This may involve utilizing a variety of skillsets to resolve technical issues with SFTP, Single Sign On, and user data cleanup.
- Strategize with sales, professional development, and other technical team members to assess the best way to meet or exceed customer requirements and ensure satisfaction. This may include troubleshooting, technical guidance, and customer relationship building.
- Help develop training materials and instructional documentation for Technical Services and other teams as needed. This may include customer facing instructional materials.
- Provide pre-sales support including participating in pre-sales technical calls with customers.

Share Your Expertise .
- Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred and a minimum of 4 years of technical systems experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Able to function as a mentor for others, with a history of exceeding expectations and going above and beyond.
- Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills.
- Proven track record in conflict and problem resolution.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strict attention to detail and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of complex data and the ability to translate issues into non-technical terms.
- Ability to ensure data integrity.
- Computer proficient with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; working knowledge of CRM software (NetSuite) and Ticketing software (Zendesk) and Communication via Slack.
