Position: Travel Coordinator
Salary Range - $60,000 - $65,000 annually

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Track all US travel via Concur and Jira; manage travel itineraries as needed.
- Communicate traveler volume and activity with Global Workplace Services, PeopleOps and management.
- Coordinate logistics with travel, hotel and corporate housing vendors as needed.
- Stay up to date on travel restrictions and proactively communicate changes with the Workplace Services and PeopleOps teams.
- Meet and communicate with employees regularly to provide information on our travel and expense programs.
- Utilize expense tools to track travel spend.
- Review travel invoices as needed.
- Other duties as assigned or needed
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 2years of administrative experience with travel arrangement experience
- Knowledge of travel systems such as Concur
- Familiarity with workplace systems such as Confluence, Workday and JIRA
- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
