Warehouse Associate
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate that will work to execute daily pick/pack and distribution operations from our warehouse in Rochester Hills. A successful warehouse associate has excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. They must be very comfortable with paperwork and computer systems and have knowledge of shipping procedures.
Responsibilities
- Pick orders generated from computer system
- Inspect part numbers, quantities, and labels of completed orders.
- Organize completed orders in boxes and/or on pallets.
- Put away parts onto shelfs after incoming shipments received
- Communicate daily with receiving, quality, and shipping departments
- Assist the Shipping Manager, Receiving Manager, and Quality Manager with other related tasks as necessary.
Skills
- Experience in using a Computer Systems a plus
- Forklift experience a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- High school diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
