Warehouse Manager Job at R&S Companies
Our Window and Door Company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring that products are properly stored and organized. This position requires the ability to lift heavy products and to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receiving, storing, and delivery of products in the warehouse
- Organize and maintain inventory levels
- Oversee the preparation and loading of products for delivery
- Monitor warehouse equipment and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and product movement
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy products and equipment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of computer systems and software, including inventory management systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
