Border Magic by The Moritas is searching for a RELIABLE & responsible Crew Chief to lead our team in a specialty concrete/landscape business. Candidate must be a dedicated individual willing to learn in a fun, fast-paced environment. NO EXPERIENCE is needed, but must have a great attitude.
Employment duties include, but are NOT LIMITED TO:
- Being EARLY to ALL work shift times assigned, with a great attitude & ready to lead our team.
- Loading & unloading truck & trailers for job preparation and completions.
- General knowledge of and the willingness to use hand tools such as: shovels, rakes, axes, wrenches, and other hand tools.
- General knowledge of and the willingness to use power tools such as: cement mixers, sod cutters, trimmers, and other like power tools.
- Leading and helping the team execute and implement ALL duties, responsibilities, and plans created by the owner-operator.
Position Requirements:
- Reliability, punctuality, and a good attitude.
- Must be here at start times EARLY*
- Must be able to lift a MINIMUM of 95 pounds.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to get to work.
- Must be willing to work weekends as needed (weekday schedule availability may increase in the Summer).
- Self-driven and motivated.
Wage Benefits:
- Hourly wage based upon skill levels.
- Commission pay is available to all employees.
