The Accounts Manager will act as the primary customer contact for assigned key accounts regarding all issues including selling, scheduling, deliveries, and handling complaints. You will process customer orders, including receiving and entering purchase order data, reserving raw materials from inventory, and invoicing customers as you work with engineering and management. To perform this job successfully, you would need to have general knowledge of production, scheduling, and shipping procedures, experience operating computers, and a variety of computer software knowledge while having good 10-key calculator and data entry skills.
