JD Engraving & Awards is a busy, growing apparel decorator and award supplier located in Canonsburg, PA. We have been serving the community for over 20 years. We supply spirit wear, uniforms and awards to surrounding schools, organizations and businesses along with engraving of custom gifts and awards.

We're looking for someone that is interested in a multi-faceted customer service position that includes many duties such as creating/maintaining online spirit wear stores using a proprietary software program (no coding required). This would require communicating (via phone, email and in person) with the customer to ensure their logo is represented properly on the desired merchandise. Duties would also include applying logos/designs to the merchandise using our various heat presses and vinyl cutting machine. Art creation would also be expected using our Corel based graphics program.

This is an on-site position with a 9:00-5:00 daylight schedule to start. Business hours are 9:00-5:30 so the candidate will be asked to work 9:30-5:30 1 day a week after the probation period.

Responsibilities:

• Creation/maintaining online spirit wear stores
• Creation and/or manipulation of design templates for all merchandise sold.
• Communication with customers to ensure proper creation and use of branding/logos/artwork.
• Use of heat presses and vinyl cutting machine to create/apply designs to merchandise.
• Answer customer calls and emails.
• Provide information to customers about products and services.
• Be organized and efficient in order to serve multiple customers at a time.
• Other projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of CorelDraw is preferred, but will train.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Strong (verbal and written) communication and team skills.
• Good time management skills and multitasking capabilities.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
