NSD has an immediate need for Processors. The Processor is responsible for supporting the company’s business entities and business partners to ensure operational excellence. The position requires communication, analytical, and professional skills to collaborate with our clients and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Process documents related to client setups and products to enable end-to-end business (i.e., sales, operations, and/or compliance)
- Review and redline documents
- Communicate with internal and external partners including but not limited to underwriters, state agencies and lenders.
- Organize & file documents in centralized digital location.
- Perform collateral management to meet client needs.
- Support special projects as assigned.
- Adhere to statutory regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service, and communication with all business partners while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Education and Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years business experience required with focus on operational excellence.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Automotive Industry Experience a plus.
- Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
- Strong organizational, writing, and analytical / problem-solving skills
- Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and analytical. Must be able to identify trends.
- Copy editing experience with Word or Adobe
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, One Drive, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Standard
