GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work in a Team oriented work environment or independently to meet customer expectations. Responsible for the unracking, inspecting, and packing, pre-determined customer part quantities in a timely manner with consideration for the overall quality and customer specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for the removal of customer supplied and/or manufactured parts on specially designed racks as per racking work instructions.

· Responsible for the removal of customer parts per unracking, inspecting, and packing work instruction.

· Responsible for the use of provided tools or cleaners to remove films, adhesives, or other surface contaminates from customer parts per unracking, inspecting and packing work instruction.

· Required to pass inspection testing with a score of 80 or better.

· Responsible for the visual inspection and verification that each part meets Oflex Quality standards and customer required specifications as applicable.

· Responsible for filling out all required documentation per provided instruction, including but not limited to: Production Report, Inspection Report(s), Final Audit Tag, Final Audit Tag Strip, Quality Tags, Defective Material Record, Material Discrepancy Notice.

· Work with quality department representatives to insure product is meeting quality standards

· Preform quality checks as outlined in work instructions.

· Identify and report any safety hazards observed in the work area.

· Meet established production rates per Customer Drive Production Goals document.

· Report any and all problems to Supervisor immediately.

· Additional duties as determined by the Shift Supervisor.

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:

· Must be able to demonstrate basic math skills

· Ability to recognize safety hazards and work within safety guidelines

· Must be capable of lifting and moving heavy objects and work in tight spaces

· Must be capable of standing for long periods of time

· Must be capable of preforming repetitive task

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Exerting up to 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 labs. Of force frequently and /or greater than negligible up to 10lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of sedentary work.

SUMMARY OF WORKING CONDITIONS: Employee is aware of potential exposure to hazardous materials, and environmental changes (heat/cold). Must be able to work under stress occasioned by personnel, visitors, and the needs of other departments. Must utilize proper body mechanics.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.75 per hour
