Partners with operational areas to translate high level business requirements into detailed business/process functional specification in order to implement a technological solution for projects or processes of moderate complexity. (Process map is an example of a functional specification) May also perform system configuration, system testing, end user training, and end user support for the processes after implementation. May be responsible for project management on small projects. Projects or processes are moderately complex due to the combination of a number of the following: The complexity of work should be viewed relative to the highest degree of complexity of work across the enterprise; therefore; not all units or divisions will have work that is of highest complexity.

1. Degree of application integration, data integration, process integration

2. Complexity of the application, hardware, and/or network environments

3. Impact of failure vs. success (inconvenience vs. loss of business/minor process improvement to breakthrough opportunity)

4. Degree to which innovation is required vs. relatively linear expansion or enhancement of existing functionality

5. Complexity of data environment (use of existing data with little new data integration required to very complex data requirements and integration)

6. Degree of investment required (dollars, resources, time)

7. Extent of impact of project or process (departmental vs. unit vs. SBU vs. enterprise, for ex.)

8. Extent to which project or process depends on tight integration (of data, processes, environments, etc.)

9. Variety that needs to be accommodated (of channels supported, of types of businesses, of product lines, of geographic or legal variances, of stakeholder interests, etc.)

10. Number of business processes impacted (OFP, PDP,CAP/CSP, etc.).

Duties:

Researches, analyzes and documents business requirements for developing or enhancing systems of moderate complexity. Facilitates understanding of both the business and Information Technology (IT) to ensure business decisions meet the business requirements as well as facilitate business decision meetings to keep projects moving forward. Performs and provides analysis of business opportunities supported by a business case, feasibility study, justification, process improvements, options for solutions and benefits for each solution. Understands and applies appropriate system development methodologies to produce deliverables including business flow process and other required documentation. Maintains a strong and collaborative relationship with the business and IT and serves as a strong advocate of the new/enhanced process or solution through various methods of communication to the organization. Participates in unit and integration testing or works closely with the testing team to ensure understanding of business requirements in order to ensure process/system is thoroughly tested. Supports business in developing and delivering end user training. Addresses end user process questions for processes that have been implemented, provides process/system break/fix support, and implements process/system enhancements of moderate complexity.May be responsible for project management on small projects.

Specific Position Requirements

Day to day:

· Complete standard maintenance requests in Essbase and Hyperion Planning

· Load data into the system and execute scripts during the monthly closing process (including reconciliations to ensure appropriate data loads)

· Perform Essbase system administration and audit changes made to the system by other members of the team

· Provide support to users globally

· Provision access and perform security reviews for access to Essbase, Planning, and SharePoint SAP, Oracle and other AD groups

· Serve as the primary contact for questions / requests posed by internal and external auditors

· Perform quarterly management testing for SOX purposes

· Maintain the team and Accounting SharePoint sites

· SAP and Oracle GL administration

· Blackline administration related to security, account setup and periodic GL and sub-ledger data load

· Maintain and load data request forms for SEC and regulatory reporting

· Coordinate with US accounting team to ensure all journal voucher and intercompany charges are booked at month end

· Open and close the accounting periods in the JDF SAP landscapes

Must haves:

· Experience with Blackline and Hyperion Essbase

· Working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion Planning (security administration, running of scripts and SmartView retrieves)

· Preferred to have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or IT

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
