Redirection Staff Responsibilies:
- Assists teachers, teaching assistants, and 1:1 aide in providing appropriate levels of supervision for students
- Helps students meet their behavioral goals by monitoring behavior and intervening as appropriate
- Assists in conflict resolution using appropriate techniques
- Reports incidents as needed and in compliance with school protocol
- Participates and promotes the school's Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid NYS drivers license
