Our client, a widely recognized luxury beauty product and spa retail chain, is looking for a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team. This is a contract position, with the possibility to become a permanent employee within the first few months!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$35/hr – $42/hr

Position Overview:

As the Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis you will develop models for sales and margin forecasting while also improving KPI management to ensure the business is on track to meet targets. The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis will have a broad background in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in luxury or consumer goods. An individual that is easily able to translate financial data into understandable terms for all departments and has excellent written and verbal communication skills will excel in this position.

Responsibilities of the Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report actuals vs. plan on a monthly basis
  • Build seasonal P&L forecast
  • Model impact of marketing initiatives to determine impact to business
  • Compare actual, and anticipated, results and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications for the Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Broad financial planning and analysis background
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in financial analysis

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
