Position Overview
This position Provides response to water losses, sewer backups, and mold remediation. It also includes various construction tasks & demolition. Laborers in this department respond to Emergency Services day and night. We are looking to obtain career-minded individuals with a desire to learn all facets of this department. Requirements:

• This position requires that employees be on-call per the department's on-call schedule – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintains a satisfactory or insurable driving record.
• Due to program guidelines, all employees must be able to pass a satisfactory background screening on a biennial basis.
• Due to program requirements, this position requires employees to live within the office's service area.
• Experience is helpful but not required.
• Wearing PPE properly is essential.
• Willingness to become IICRC Certified to grow with the company.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and physical.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Performs on-site production services, including, but not limited to, water extraction, demolition, and mold remediation.
• Place proper equipment and quantity to maximize drying effectiveness. Take moisture readings.
• Accurately complete all the necessary paperwork and take the photos required for each job.
• This position requires basic knowledge of smartphones, tablets, etc.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintains functionality and service of equipment.
• Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations.

• Technically competent to learn industry-specific programs.
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to adapt to ever-changing situations.
• Familiar with basic hand tools.
