Spalding Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer – UiPath in Patuxent River, MD. Position Type: Full-Time
Work Location: This is a remote position.

Essential Functions:

• Work with product owners to capture business requirements, translate them into technical approaches/designs, and deliver business-impacting automation solutions, both on-prem and in AWS Cloud
• Design and code Bots using UiPath
• Utilize knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and functionality in development of bots
• Work with business teams to complete acceptance testing and participate in integration testing
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes
• Create and maintain documentation of automation solutions
• Interface with customers to troubleshoot and provide technical support related to bots
• Provide Orchestrator tenancy support
• Demonstrate creative problem solving in an enterprise environment
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:
Required:

• Experience implementing complex RPA solutions from design and development through deployment using UiPath
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator – specifically scheduling, queues, provisioning, and assets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Desired:

• Experience with AWS highly desired
• UiPath certification highly desired
• Experience with database development and/or data integration solutions desired
• Experience implementing large-scale enterprise RPA solutions preferred

Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
BS/BA or AA/AS degree and 3 years' related experience OR HS and 7 years' related experience.
